Welcome to the PIPSAGENT Affiliate Program. Our mission is to empower our partners with industry-leading incentives. By signing up, you are entering into a legal agreement with PIPSAGENT and agree to the following terms. 

The Earning Potential: 20% Profit Sharing 

As a PIPSAGENT Affiliate, you aren’t just earning a flat fee. You are building a portfolio. 

• The Commission: You earn a 20% profit commission from cash earnings generated by open contracts through your referred users. 

• The Mechanism: Referral fees are calculated based on successful product sales and contract performance originating from your unique “Special Links.” 

Account Requirements

To ensure a secure and professional network, all affiliates must meet the following: 

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Ecuador or United State. 

• Identity: You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or automated scripts are prohibited. 

• Verification: A legal full name and valid email address are required for signup. 

• Account Security: You are responsible for your password and all activity occurring under your account. One person/entity is limited to one account.

Links, Graphics, and Tracking

Once approved, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code and access to approved marketing assets. 

• Special Links: You must use the specific link formats provided by PIPSAGENT to ensure accurate tracking. 

• Attribution: We are only liable for commissions tracked automatically by our systems. If a link is used incorrectly, the commission cannot be realized. 

• Placement: Affiliate links should point directly to the product page being promoted. 

Payment Terms & Schedule

• The $100 Threshold: Payments begin once your accrued earnings exceed $100. If your balance is below this amount, it will roll over to the next month. 

• Monthly Payouts: Verified earnings over the $100 threshold are paid out on a monthly cycle. 

• Self-Referral Prohibited: You may not use your own affiliate links to purchase products for yourself. 

Professional Conduct & Branding

• Relationship: You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent. You may not claim to “develop” our products or represent yourself as PIPSAGENT staff. 

• Publicity: You may not issue press releases regarding this program without prior written consent. 

• Ethical Marketing: Fraudulent, illegal, or “overly aggressive” (spammy) marketing methods will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions. 

Responsibilities & Compliance

Termination & Liability

• Right to Terminate: Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice. 

• Violation Policy: If you violate these terms, PIPSAGENT reserves the right to terminate your account and forfeit any outstanding commission payments. 

• Liability Cap: PIPSAGENT’s total liability is limited to the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this agreement. 

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled via confidential arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. 

Final Acknowledgment: By continuing with the PIPSAGENT Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have independently evaluated the desirability of participating and agree to these terms in full.
